Himu Ebong Ekti Russian Pori is a Himu Series bangla novel. It is the recent book of Himu Series, published in February, 2011. Himu is a popular fictional character created by the popular Bangladeshi writer Humayun Ahmed. I think, everybody have a idea about Himu who read Humayun Ahmed’s book. Although it is mentioned in the novels that the name “Himu” is short for Himalay, Humayun Ahmed said he actually derived Himu from his own name, Humayun. When asked whether Himu is his alter ego, he said that he is half Himu, and half Misir Ali (another popular character from his books).
